Returns & Refunds

An item purchased from Harmony Lighting may be returned for whatever reason within 14 days of the date of delivery.

All returns must be packaged in the original packaging and condition.

The goods returned must not have been installed, used or modified in anyway, and must be returned together with any lamps or parts that were included in that purchase.

To return goods, customers are asked to contact the sales team via e-mail at sales@harmonylighting.co.uk or by telephone on 0845 020 4286. A returns authorisation number will be allocated. This number needs to be displayed on the parcel / parcels being returned.

Goods without a returns authorisation number cannot be accepted.

Returns made, are at the customer's expense and have to be via a registered means.

Harmony Lighting will meet the cost of return for carriage on all faulty goods as long as the goods returned conform to the relevant regulations.

Harmony Lighting will refund within 7 days from return of the goods any sum that has been debited from the customer's credit card, in accordance with this policy.

Harmony Lighting will refund within 7 days any sum that has been debited from the customer's credit card or by any other payment method, for any goods that are unavailable for whatever reason or returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.
