1.0       Introduction
1.1       By using this website you are accepting the terms of use.
1.2       We take the running of our business seriously and make every effort to abide by current legislative requirements such as the Distance Selling Regulations, the consumer credit act and the Data Protection Act. We want you to have confidence to buy our goods and be rest assured that everything else can be relied upon.

2.0       Voucher Terms
2.1       The buyer must indicate which voucher coupons they would prefer, either John Lewis or Marks and Spencer. You will only recieve one voucher per order not per product.
2.2       If an item is unsuitable and the buyer wishes to return the item purchased within the 7 day period then the vouchers must also be returned otherwise the value of the voucher will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
2.3       Vouchers will be dispatched with the goods unless a request is made to send them to a different address.
2.4       This is an online offer only. Customers who make an order over the phone will not be eligible for a voucher.

3.0       Ordering
3.1       Ordering of a product can be carried out either by telephoning us or via our online checkout process. After placing an order through the Website you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. This e-mail will include the full details of your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted.  Acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the order. We will send e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched that product to you.

5.0       Returns
5.1       All products carry a 7 day no quibble money back guarantee. To return goods please telephone us or email us at sales@harmonylighting.co.uk. You need to inform us within 7 days from receipt of goods and ensure that the product is in the original, undamaged packaging and has not been installed and is in fully re-saleable condition. Goods are to be returned at the expense of the customer via registered post or courier. Upon receipt of the goods we will, within a reasonable time, give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
5.2       Faulty Goods Any products that are faulty, incorrect or damaged must be reported within 7 days from receipt of goods. Damaged goods will be collected by our carrier at our expense. Beyond the 7 day period we cannot accept responsibility for damaged goods.

6.0       Payment, Pricing and Promotions
6.1       All pricing of products are in £ Sterling and include VAT at the appropriate UK rate unless otherwise stated.
6.2       We accept many types of credit card as payment. Cheques are to be made payable to Harmony Lighting. Goods will not be dispatched until funds are cleared.
6.3       The price of the goods you order will be shown against the product on our website. In addition to the price of the goods a delivery charge may apply.
6.4       Every effort is made to accurately price goods on our website. If an error is made by us regarding pricing due to a typographical error or as a result of an error in pricing info from our suppliers we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders whether or not the price has been confirmed. In such cases we will reserve the right to cancel any order where a pricing error has occurred. In these cases we will contact you to notify you of the variation and you have the right either to proceed at the amended price or cancel
6.5       Prices are subject to alteration without any prior notice
6.6       We reserve the right to withdraw products from the website without any prior notice

7.0       Privacy and Security
7.1       You can be guaranteed that we comply fully with the UK Data Protection Act. Any personal information collected by us will not be shared with any third party. The type of information we may collect about you includes: your name, address, phone number and  e-mail address. We do not collect payment information.
7.2      Personal information is used only for processing your order and for sending you special offers and newsletters from time to time. If you do not wish to receive offers then please inform us and we will remove you from our mailing list.
7.3       Credit card numbers are encrypted when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted during order processing and are not held in clear text on any web site.
7.4       Unless solely due to our negligence we cannot be held liable for any losses you may suffer. If in any event your payment card is used fraudulently you are entitled to cancel the payment and be reimbursed by the card issuer without being charged for the loss.  

8.0       Terms and Conditions
8.1       Definitions In these conditions the following terms are given as:- “the company” means Harmony Lighting “contract” means the contract for the sale of the Goods “order” means any request placed by you, with us, for the supply of Goods “you, your, the consumer” means a person or company who buys the goods from the seller or uses our website whilst agreeing to abide by out terms and conditions. “our, us, we, the seller” means Harmony Lighting. “goods” means the products purchased by you from Harmony Lighting. “order” means a request for goods placed by you and accepted by us subject to these terms and conditions. “price” the price for goods as advertised by us.
8.2       Retention of Title. The Title of goods will only pass to the customer when we receive full payment for all products, including delivery charges.
8.3       Law. The contract is subject to the law of England and Wales. By using this website you accept that any contract will be governed by the law of England and Wales
8.4       Statutory Rights. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
8.5       Force Majeure. The company shall not incur any liability for failure to perform any obligation under any contract if such failure is the direct result of anything beyond the company’s control.
8.6       Copyright. We reserve all copyright and all intellectual property rights for the this website and its contents.This contents may not be reproduced or copied by any means whether electronically or not without our prior written permission
8.7       Warranty. All products with the exception of light bulbs carry a 1 year warranty. The warranty is void if deemed that the fitting has been incorrectly fitted or used in a way not intended for its purpose. Incorrect installation can deem a warranty void. A qualified electrician must install all products supplied. All products must be earthed where necessary. The mains supply must always be isolated prior to installation.
8.8       Disclaimer. All images, dimensions, weights, specifications, wattages, colors and finishes are given as a guide only and therefore do not constitute a legally binding contract.
